Cooking Class/Demonstration

Join us for a cooking class and demonstration with Chef Dustin while you sip wines with Cherryl! 


You may participate in the hands on chopping, dicing and mixing of some of the items you will eat that evening or sit back, sip wine and watch Chef Dustin demonstrate some tips and tricks while he prepares the evening's meal. 

After the demonstration, all will indulge in the menu below.

Chef Dustin Reed

Chef Dustin Reed graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu Program at Scottsdale Culinary Institute with a degree in Culinary Arts. While on his culinary journey, his experience has included fine dining at hotels, resorts and private clubs. Since coming back to Houston, he has been the Executive Chef of NASA/Johnson Space Center, BMC/Statoil, Enbridge and now his own company, Eji's Culinary. 


Dustin's passion is to bring creative menus utilizing simple, fresh, local ingredients with an international flair to palates in the West Houston area. Book your next catered event with Chef Dustin & Eji's Culinary.

Cherryl Finney represents boutique wines that can't be found on retail shelves. They are sourced from all over the world.  You will find most of the famous areas for grapes/wines represented in the inventory. 

Winemakers work directly with the growers and producers who are interested in presenting the amazing wines that are products of organic or biodynamic grown grapes. The end result is delicious wines. Better in the bottle. Better in your glass, and better for you. 

Wines are available for order through Cherryl at this event and typically arrive in 7-9 business days.
