We utilized Eji's Culinary for two events this Holiday Season and were extremely pleased with both. Not only was the food delicious but also served hot, on time and in a creative festive manner followed with a quick and thorough clean up.
The first event was a buffet style luncheon for 45 employees at one of our most important clients. In years past we brought in BBQ but wanted to do something different this year, so we hired Eji's Culinary to cater the event. The client was thrilled with the presentation and quality of the food and the dessert was to die for!
The second event was seven or eight 'mini-events'. We asked Eji's for ideas on how we could provide a creative snack type delivery for a few of our other clients. They suggested we do a Pop-Corn delivery to each client. The set up was a large container of pop-corn with 8 different toppings in cute containers offering M&M's, cinnamon, Reese's pieces, etc. for mixing. It was a huge hit and allowed us to stand out from the typical cookie drop offs that were taking place.
We will be using Eji's Culinary again in the future. We have no reservations in highly recommending their services to other clients.

In my professional role I sponsor a lot of corporate meals of varying sizes. I was sponsoring a lunch in The Woodlands, TX and needed a caterer who could create something different. Eji's far surpassed my expectations. They created a custom menu and when I said I wanted to serve something hot (January) they worked with me and my budget. They served the hot food, beautifully displayed all of the food, and were completely turn-key. The meal was amazing and all the guests commented about how delicious it was and how nice it was to be served such a thoughtful meal. "This is the fanciest." "This is the best we've ever had" are actual quotes from the guests. Eji's has now become my culinary choice for all meals in the greater Houston area. P.S. be sure to try the ah-mazing cranberry banana bread pudding.

I am so glad I found Eji’s Culinary. If you are looking for an elegant and delicious, yet economical, caterer for your next gathering, I would highly recommend Eji’s. They have a unique twist of ideas for various types of gatherings. Eji’s provided a popcorn bar at a recent client meeting, and it was a hit. They can also cater more traditional meals that make your mouth water. Pics below of our office Thanksgiving lunch. Thank You Eji’s! Next meeting I think it has to be “the make your own trail mix bar.” Unique and yummy. Something a client will remember.
